I'm a Marketing Professional with 10 years of B2B and B2C experience bridging enterprise excellence (AWS) and tech startups.
I worked at Amazon for 5 years, initially handling internal communications and events, and later becoming a Digital Marketing Manager at Amazon Web Services. In this role, I managed the multi-channel digital strategy for the Italian market. Over the course of these 3 years, I was responsible for positioning and developing the AWS brand in Italy, with the goal of increasing the B2B customer pipeline and driving business growth.
In 2022, I transitioned into entrepreneurship, joining an early-stage venture where I built the brand and marketing function from the ground up. As Head of Marketing, I defined the company's positioning, go-to-market strategy, and growth engine, while building and leading a team of five.
Today, I'm looking to bring the combination of enterprise experience, entrepreneurial execution, and strategic leadership to an organization where content plays a central role in shaping brand, influencing markets, and accelerating business growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, I direct the company’s full-funnel marketing and
brand strategy, leading a team of 5 channel specialists. Joining as a key early hire in
a 2-person startup, I played a pivotal role in scaling operations into a structured
organization over the past years.
Since 2021, I have been collaborating with IED University in Milan, where I teach Digital Innovation in the Master’s program in Brand Management & Communication. Additionally, I work with other local entities, delivering lectures on Digital Marketing applied to Startups.
In 2022, driven by my entrepreneurial spirit, I founded a startup aimed at helping young professionals navigate their careers and find their path. Over the course of 2 years, I led a team of 4, overseeing the go-to-market strategy, business development, fundraising efforts, and PR relationships. Recently, this venture merged with another startup, expanding its reach and impact.
Responsible for defining and implementing the multi-channel digital marketing strategy for the Italian market and for positioning and developing the AWS brand in Italy. This included: managing the annual budget, planning activities across channels, and reporting to local/EMEA leadership. Key responsibilities: overseeing both EMEA and local digital campaigns, demand generation for flagship events, and defining the acquisition funnel with a mix of paid media (performance marketing, Meta and Google ads, third-party ads) and organic channels (social media, email marketing, and strategic partnerships).
Key metrics: Over 100 online/offline events, 70,000 attendees, +13% YoY growth in SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) contributing to +25% YoY revenue growth.
Key projects:
Responsible for defining and executing various online and offline marketing programs, reporting to the Marketing Lead for Southern Europe. Key responsibilities included organizing roadshow events, delivering online events, developing websites, managing social media, email marketing, and monitoring key marketing channels.
In this role I reported directly to the Country Manager and I had a direct report. I
owned and managed the yearly budget related to internal communication and I was in
charge to organize events and engagement strategies together with the EMEA PR team.
From 2019 to 2022, in addition to my work in marketing, I dedicated myself to projects that I deeply care about: empowering minorities in the workplace. Experiencing firsthand the challenges of being a woman in the tech industry, I founded an ambassador group to drive local initiatives. What started with just 4 founders grew into a community of over 100 members, managing 25 people and working in collaboration with local partners and the Italian government.

Letizia worked at AWS where she covered the role of Digital Marketing Manager and Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Leader for the Italian Market. She guided the Digital Marketing strategy coordinating impactful activities for the growth of the business in the Market. In 2019, on top of her role, she founded the affinity group of women @AWS with the aim of inspiring more women to pursue a career in tech. In 2020 she’s been nominated “Change Driver” at EMEA level and in 2021 Amazon won the Digital Diversity Brand Award for Hours of Code an activity that she organized and coordinated with local schools.
Here are some of the successful and impactful activities she coordinated at AWS: AWS Italian Region Launch (i.e. all the marketing and communication activities that led to the opening of the Datacenters of AWS in Italy in 2020), AWS GetIT launch, Women @AWS video stories campaign, Lunch&Code with AWS.
Letizia was recognized in the AWS Italy organization as a top performer with great inclusive leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

I have worked side by side with Letizia from Sept. 2021 to Sept 2022 on OutlierZ, a start up project we co-founded. During this time she actively built the project from the ground up, translating the ambitious idea of rewriting the mentorship’s script for the new generations of workers into a real-life app, with hundreds of users and career advisors. Specifically Letizia actively contributed to building the business model of OutlierZ, with strong focus on the end-to-end marketing plan; she designed, and helped develop the app MVP, launched and maintained the Social Media pages of OutlierZ, onboarded careers advisors as well as worked to boost product awareness via PR and marketing activities.
Throughout the process Letizia proved strong entrepreneurial leadership, solid product design skills, ability to roll-up her sleeves and deliver against the objectives no matter how hard the challenge. She demonstrated critical thinking and the necessary resilience to embark in such an enormous and uncertain endeavour like a start-up project.

I'm Italian but I live in Barcelona. I love outdoor sports, whether at the beach or in the mountains. I enjoy snowboarding and surfing, and whenever I can, I escape the city for a hike or a horseback ride. I’m also a creative mind with a passion for handcrafted projects.
